Overview of Development Opportunities
The Department of Housing and QUT share the same vision for a sustainable, liveable community at the Kelvin Grove Urban Village, and have jointly developed its infrastructure, including roads, parks and land subdivision. Each partner is now responsible for developing their own sites within the Village.

The Design Guidelines ensure that each development in the Village is in keeping with the vision and intent of the Kelvin Grove Urban Village Master Plan.
