The Kelvin Grove Business Association:

  1. Works to promote an increased awareness and utilisation of the facilities and businesses within the Kelvin Grove Village area by both the immediate community and wider Brisbane residents.
  2. Supports events and activities at Kelvin Grove Village that promote the best interests of the area and the members of the association
  3. Encourages interaction, cooperation, mutual support and information sharing between those with both a commercial and community interest in Kelvin Grove Village
  4. Facilitates partnerships with organisations, council and community groups in the wider Brisbane community to maximise support and awareness for the village, and achieve our objectives
  5. Meets as a whole group at least twice a year to facilitate networking and collaboration between all members and the wider Kelvin Grove Village stakeholder body.

Kelvin Grove Business Association Membership

The Kelvin Grove Business Association is open to all those with a commercial and/or community interest in the Village. Current members include retailers in the village as well as businesses in the wider Kelvin Grove area and Brisbane business community, property developers, QUT, Government organisations, La Boite Theatre company and more. The association influences the future direction of the village and has formed an active Marketing sub-committee that spearheads all marketing, events and PR activity.

Membership of the Business Association offers unparalleled opportunity to grow your business and work directly with the Kelvin Grove Village intercultural community.

There are 4 levels of membership with the Business Association each offering a different set of benefits dependant on the needs of your business.

Bronze - $220

Bronze Membership offers the following benefits for your business:

  • Addition of a web page if the business does not have a website
  • Access to member only privileges/ discounts
  • Access to include and update events on website and consequently other Brisbane events channels through single KGV Contact (external)

Silver - $550

Silver Membership offers the following benefits for your business:

  • Page on KGV website with links through to site – including image and contact details
  • Use of 2 small promotional panels on the site for 2 weeks during the year
  • Ability to publish press releases on the KGV website in 'Latest News'
  • X% discount to hire onsite banners for a pre-determined period (as bookings permit)
  • Access to member only privileges/ discounts...read more

Gold - $1,100

Gold Membership offers the following benefits for your business:

  • Page on KGV website with links through to site – including image and contact details
  • Logo inclusion on homepage of site
  • Use of 1 large promotional panels on the site for 2 weeks during the year
  • Use of 5 smaller promotional panels on the site for 2 weeks during the year

Ambassador opportunities also exist for partners wanting to develop a long term investment in the precinct and it's future. This level of membership will be 3+ years and will facilitate the most important aspects of Kelvin Grove Village's mission and direction.
