The Village Centre

The Village Centre, developed by entrepreneurial Queensland developer Indigo, is the retail heart of the Kelvin Grove Urban Village as well as the largest of the residential complexes.

Completed in mid-2006, the Village Centre has 213 apartments which are spread across four residential buildings ranging from six to eight storeys high. The buildings surround a landscaped podium with pool, gym and leisure facilities for the exclusive use of residents. The apartments have a range of floor plans available in studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations.

The Village Edge

Launch the interactive developments view of the VillageThe Village Edge is being developed by the Badcock Wright Joint Venture and will include two buildings. The first is already completed and is located in Maidstone Street. This development consists of seven luxury three-bedroom townhouses, built over two stories with a garage underneath. The remainder of the Village Edge is due to commence construction in the second half of 2008. When completed, it will include a mixture of townhouses and units served by a private gym, pool and internal common courtyard.

Vintage Property Group

The complex consists of two distinct buildings of two and four storeys, with units in a range of one, two and three bedroom configurations. The apartments have views of the parkland, large balconies and good design features to maximise natural light and ventilation. Also included are comfort built items such as air conditioning and undercover and secure parking. These are now available to rent.
