Outlines

"In Outlines, fragments of the built environment are set in motion by a dissembling line. The computer screen is unable to completely translate the mathematical process involved in shifting the line with a one pixel dimension, so Outlines vibrates and sends pixels across the screen. The noise of the digital process begins to assume the noise of a construction site when paired with images of barricades and rubbish bins."
